Shipping Policy

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, The Everyday Gourmet does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes.

All merchandise is shipped FedEx Ground. Please allow 4-5 business days for delivery. For expedited delivery please call for a quote. 601.977.9258.

For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 1:00PM CST. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 1:00PM CST through Friday 1:00PM CST will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 1:00PM CST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or to P.O. boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service. Please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

To inquire about shipments within the U.S, APO or FPO addresses, please contact Customer Service at. Representatives are available 10:00AM-5:00PM CST Monday-Saturday.

Order Cancellation

Should you need to cancel your, please contact us as soon as possible at 601.977.9258 However, we cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Be sure to include your name, email address, order confirmation number, if available, and the product you want to cancel (name, item number, and any other information you have).

Return Policy

Sale items, special orders, food products and seasonal merchandise are non-returnable. Store credit will be issued for all returned merchandise if returned in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable store credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, please follow the instructions included with your package.

Pending inspection, a store credit will be issued for the item value. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. The Everyday Gourmet is not responsible for return shipping. Please insure your return properly. No credit will be issued for broken, damaged or misdirected packages.

If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please call Customer Service at 601.977.9258 within 72 hours of receipt. Please retain all packaging for return claims.


The Everyday Gourmet accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover. We do not accept personal checks or money orders for online orders.

About Us

For a store that enjoys national recognition today, The Everyday Gourmet had an inauspicious beginning in 1981 at its first location in Woodland Hills Shopping in Jackson, MS. While the location has changed and the operation has grown, much continues to remain the same. The Everyday Gourmet is still locally owned and operated.
